Paddington is the largest intact Victorian precinct in the world. Come and learn about this unique area in a 90 minute walk. With our Guide, we will visit Oxford Street with its historic buildings for the gentry; William Street, where workmen’s cottages have transformed into craft retailers; typical laneways clearly designed for horse drawn traps; leafy Paddington; artistic Paddington; and finish at one of Paddington’s entertainment hubs, ‘Five Ways’ where dinner will be an option around 7.30pm.

TRANSPORT: 389 Bus from CBD (Elizabeth Street) – ask for RHW stop just before ‘Five Ways’.
With easy access to either the 389 bus or a quick 5-6 minute walk from Oxford Street – transport buses 333, 352, & 440. From the Victoria Barracks stop, walk back to Shadforth St, turn right on Shadforth, then turn right on Walker Lane and then left onto Brown St, where the gardens are located. Walk through the gardens to the ‘Egg Swing’.
