This 11+ km walk begins at Avalon Beach. It will take us through Careel Headland Reserve and will offer spectacular views over Bangally and Careel Heads. Following is Whale Beach and then Palm Beach. Our final destination will be a walk up to the Barrenjoey Lighthouse. This is one of our more challenging routes, with 350 metres of elevation gained.  Please note, there will be several steep inclines and beach walking along Avalon, Whale and Palm beaches.
