Mexican food has a very ancient root that dates back thousands of years. It is a complex cuisine with many ingredients for its sauces. Mexicans typically prefer to use the freshest ingredients acquired from the local markets.

Mejico Restaurant is one of the better known Mexican restaurants in Sydney that is open for lunch on a Wednesday.  We have chosen the light version of their ‘Feed Me’ banquet – and from their website – “Let our Chef take you on a journey from the bustling markets of Mexico City to the bold, lush flavours found in the depths of the Yucatan.
