Join us for a walk around Cockatoo Island.

Cockatoo island is a former convict penal establishment and naval shipyard.  It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with an amazing history.

The walk around the island is an easy 4.2km but there are plenty of interesting sections that warrant more exploration.  There is an option to do a self-guided tour for $6. https://www.cockatooisland.gov.au/en/

TRANSPORT: The F3 and F8 ferries service Cockatoo Island

A ferry departs from Circular Quay Wharf 5 at 10.07am but there are other options that may be more suitable depending on your circumstances.
