Malabar Darlinghurst Restaurant opened its door in 2003. Today it offers quality delicious food for very affordable prices. Here’s one of the “Asian Cheap Eats” we talked about at the beginning of the year.

We will have their Legendary Lunch Thali. (See https://malabarcuisine.com.au/darlinghurst/lunch-thali/)  Eating a Thali it relates to an important concept in ancient Indian teachings by focusing on health and wellness to provide the palate with contrasting tastes and a rich sensory experience.  It is served in small dishes called katori’s on a steel plate, The dishes are designed to allow your body to boost its immunity, speed up digestion and satisfy the senses of taste. It’s healthy and nutritious, and superbly satisfying for lunch.
