At the end of 2018, six city councils, along with other agencies, decided to create a coastal and harbour-side walking track between two famous beaches in Sydney, Bondi Beach and Manly Beach. The result of this collaboration is the epic 80km Bondi to Manly Walk. The details can be found on www.bonditomanly.com or the B2M app. We will walk the Bondi to Manly Walk in seven stages together, walking one stage at a time on the first Tuesday of the month from June to December.

In August, we will do the third leg of Bondi to Manly Walk from Double Bay Wharf to Circular Quay. The walk is approximately 8.7km with an elevation gain of 160m. Since Double Bay Wharf is closed for work at the moment. We will start walking from Edgecliff Train Station which adds 1.1km to the walk. This is a coastal walk with beautiful views on paved terrain.

The walk starts at Edgecliff Train Station to Double Bay Wharf and continues along to Darling Point. From Darling Point the track follows on to Rushcutters Bay, Potts Point, Woolloomooloo Bay, The Domain, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, Farm Cove and the Royal Botanic Gardens; all heritage parts of Sydney. Just around the corner is the iconic Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge (Excerpts from www.bonditomanly.com).
