UPDATED: Tetsuya’s is closing after thirty five years. (see

impossible to book a table with them. Luckily we had foresight, Pauline booked a table for us before we knew it was closing down. She had negotiated a five-course degustation menu including a glass
of French Champagne and gratuitiy for $230. The restaurant is also offering a no raw fish option.
Here’s a sample menu, subject to change depending on the availability of the ingredients on the day:
