Time to once again celebrate the food and culture of France. French cuisine is considered an art in France and dining is not just about food and drinks but it’s about culture, family and socializing. French cuisine is remarkably diverse, with each region showcasing unique flavours and traditions. In the north for example, Normandy and Brittany excel in dairy, cider, and seafood, while Alsace and Lorraine blend French and German influences with dishes like choucroute garnie and quiche Lorraine. The south offers Mediterranean flavours from ratatouille in Provence to Basque dishes like piperade. Paris is famous for its incredible cheeses, chocolates, pastries and gateaux. This rich regional variety makes French cuisine world renowned.
