We will visit the Coal Loader, a series of other interesting historic industrial sites via spectacular bushland that hugs the Sydney harbour.  It is a ~11km on a well-formed track with steps and periodic shade.

You must not be carrying any injuries and be able to walk consistently at a moderate pace.
