Michelin-starred JASON ATHERTON recently opened this restaurant at 3 Kensington Street, Chippendale. Jason has successfully opened quite a few restaurants in the UK and worldwide, and is a protégé of Gordon Ramsay. Located within the Old Clare Hotel, the restaurant’s menu showcases British/Mediterranean shared plates which are both informal and versatile and use the best of the local produce and wines.
