You may have visited Vaucluse House before but this event is a very different experience. Our host is Jacqui Newling, Food Curator at Sydney Living Museums and author of ‘Eat Your History’. Our SWIC visit includes a gastronomic tour of Vaucluse House (A Sydney Living Museum) and a hands-on chutney making session in the kitchen wing using an old recipe dating back to the 1800s. You may wish to join me for lunch in the tearooms after the activity. Lunch is at your own expense. Please note that maximum number for this event is 20 members.
