on Wednesday 8th February 2017
at the Sergeants Mess in Chowder Bay, Mosman, commencing at 10.45am.

SWIC AGM
The formal notice of the AGM will be posted on the Noticeboard. Please take a moment to open and read it through, as it contains important information about the AGM.
20th BIRTHDAY LUNCH
The AGM will be followed at 12 Noon by a three course Birthday Lunch with wine and soft drinks, and including a special birthday dessert. The cost of the lunch is $70 per person.

TRANSPORT:
Car-pooling is recommended, although there is metered parking outside the venue and free parking at the Sergeants Mess’s Car Park 4 in Middle Head Road, Mosman. A shuttle bus will go from the car park to the venue from 10.30am. There is also the 244 bus from Wynyard to Chowder Bay.
