DESCRIPTION:This iconic walk starts at the Spit Bridge. The ~10 km route hugs the coastline\, providing bush\, beach and beautiful views. It finishes at Manly Wharf. It is a well-formed track with short steep hill sections and some shade. You must not be carrying any injuries and be able to walk consistently at a moderate pace. \nDATE: Tuesday 4 February \nTIME: 9.30am – 1.30pm approximate which includes a picnic lunch along the way \nVENUE: Meet outside the Ormeggio at The Spit restaurant \n \nCOST: Public transport expenses. Bring a picnic lunch. \nRSVP TO: Email: SWICchallengewalk@gmail.com \nLEADERS: Thana Sivaganam and Sue Jamieson \nRSVP BY: Thursday 30 January 2025 \nTRANSPORT: Catch the B line bus from Wynyard to the Spit West Reserve\, Spit Road (e.g.\, 172X\, 173X).
