DESCRIPTION:There will no longer be an official guide for the tour of Unsettled at the newly refurbished Australian Museum\, so members will be free to move around the exhibitions at their own pace. \nProduced by First Nations’ curators\, Unsettled provides visitors direct and undiluted access to the stories and experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people during the time since European arrival. As a powerful instrument of truth-telling\, curators\, artists and community have had the opportunity to record evidence about past actions and share their culture\, heritage and history with Museum visitors. \nWe have also been invited to visit the National Geographic Exhibition which is a photography exhibition. DESCRIPTION:Rummikub is an exciting and fun game\, just right for exercising the little grey cells in our brains and making new friends. If you don’t know the game\, it has a bit in common with the card game Rummy. It is very simple to learn\, has lots of twists\, and quickly becomes addictive! \nBeginners are welcome and there is no need to bring your own game. It is possible to play Rummikub with different numbers of people in one game. \nWe are currently playing weekly in people’s homes\, but there is no obligation to come every week. DESCRIPTION:SWIC Bridge is played at two different venues every Monday afternoon. \nThe North Shore Bridge Group meets on Monday afternoons from 1.00pm – 4.30pm at Mosman Rowers Club\, 3 Centenary Drive\, Mosman. To play there it is necessary to take out membership with the club at a cost of $99.00 for the year. This can be done online or at reception on the day.
