This walk that takes us around Bradleys Head, through Middle Head, Balmoral Beach and onto the Spit Bridge. It offers panoramic city and harbour vistas in a bush setting. It is approximately 10 km and will take 3-3.5 hours of walking. There are sections with steps and muddy spots if there has been rain. You should not be carrying any injuries and be able to walk consistently at a moderate pace.
