Vegetables and vegetarian dishes have never been more popular. Showcase your use of vegetables, pulses and grains and create a mouth-watering dish for the Culinary Club table. It can include eggs and dairy and can be Eastern or Western in taste. Use your imagination and beguile our taste buds by cooking something with the variety of vegetables that are now easily available.
