When we talk about Peking Duck in Sydney, the pancake with duck meat, scallion and cucumber is usually what comes to mind. In more elaborate restaurants, every single part of the duck is used, and up to four courses may be served. The fourth course is usually a soup made with the bones of the duck. The second and the third courses are usually presented by the restaurant in their own way.

Come and join us in October for a banquet of Chinese food at Palace Chinese Restaurant. We will have duck meat with pancake, and duck San Choy Bau. After two courses of Peking Duck, we will be served many dishes with beef, lamb, prawns, chicken, veggies cooked in a wok.

COST: $61.00 (includes gratuity). You can order drinks but please bring cash to pay the organisers (i.e. Pauline, Sue or Sandy) for the drinks that you order in case the restaurant does not want to split the bill. THIS WILL HELP THE ORGANISERS GREATLY.
