This month we will be doing a long and nice ferry ride, from Circular Quay to Parramatta River Cat Terminal. We will leave circular Quay at 9.07 from wharf 5. It is a 90 minute journey on Parramatta River. Then, from the River Cat Terminal, we’ll walk along the Riverside Walk for about 20 minutes to arrive to the Old Governor House, Australia oldest public building. We’ll visit this elegant building and be transported back to the time of Governor Macquarie (1810-1821). After the visit, we’ll walk to Parramatta downtown where we can still see heritage-listed buildings. We’ll have lunch next to Parramatta station and come back to the city by train.
