This month ‘Go Saturday’ is headed to the heritage-listed Sydney Observatory located on Observatory Hill. Designed originally as a defence fort, this delightful building is a must visit for all those who reside in Sydney! Now it’s classified as a ‘working’ museum. Today we will explore the pivotal role this place has had in the history of timekeeping, meteorology and astronomy in Australia. Afterwards we can head down to the historic Rocks district for refreshments.
