
India is an ocean of culture, languages, festivals and food. The cuisine of India is one of the world’s most diverse cuisines, characterized by its sophisticated and subtle use of different spices, vegetables, pulses and meats.
SWIC member, Sangeeta Gupta, has a great passion to cook and create food, and is looking forward to bringing some of her favourite recipes to the July International Morning Tea.
