Barbara will present a variety of beer styles, each carefully matched with a fresh, seasonal menu. Barbara will guide us through the history of beer and teach us how to serve, taste and appreciate beer on different levels, and how to match beer with food in ways which will change and intensify the flavours in both the beer and the food.
