In April we will go to Ripples Chowder Bay, located in Mosman and offering beautiful and tranquil views of the famous Clifton Gardens Bay. The building was once reserved for secret military operations to defend Sydney Harbour. Featuring a modern Australian menu with European influences, Head Chef Kristian Gamble uses only the freshest seasonal produce to create simple flavoursome dishes.
