Do you love coffee and wish you had a better knowledge and appreciation of the multitude of subtle taste differences?
We will visit a boutique coffee roaster to learn multi facets about specialty coffees – types of coffee, different processes, the supply chain, and the global challenges in growing good quality coffee beans today.
We will also be learning, share interpretations and widen our coffee horizons by tasting seven types of specialty coffee that each bring their own diverse, complex and bold flavour to the world of coffee, with reference from the Coffee Flavour Tasting Wheel.
This sensory experience will continue with lunch (optional) at a small café nearby.
