Celebrate Spring and a slice of art history in Sydney with a ferry ride to Manly to visit The Manly Art Gallery and Museum, the first metropolitan-based regional gallery in New South Wales. Manly Art Gallery & Museum has an extensive collection of Australian art, ceramics and beach culture. Located at Manly Cove just along from the wharf, it is the arts and cultural flagship for Sydney’s Northern Beaches and contributes richly to cultural tourism in the region. MAG&M Design Shop presents the work of local Australian artists and designers

MAG&M was established in 1930, however 2024 marks 100 years since the Gallery’s collection commenced.   To celebrate this milestone we have organised a SWIC Private Curator Led Tour of the indigenous ceramics’ exhibition, ‘Clay on Country. The tour will include an introduction to the history of Manly Art Gallery and Museum. ’
