You are cordially invited to attend the SWIC AGM and 23rd Birthday Lunch.

We do hope you will join us for the AGM followed by lunch consisting of celebratory drinks and canapés, a two-course seated meal, and birthday cake!

DATE: Wednesday 12 February 2020

VENUE: The Kirribilli Club, 11 Harbourview Crescent, Lavender Bay, NSW 2060

TIME: 10.45am until 3.00pm

Members are invited to be seated by 10.45am. Unfortunately access to the AGM cannot be permitted after the meeting commences at 11.00am sharp.

LUNCH COST: $85.00 Members only (No guests are invited to the AGM and Birthday Lunch)

Following your payment, please send an RSVP to Mimi Flaherty Willis at [email protected] by Thursday, 30 January 2020

In your RSVP, please advise of any special dietary requirements and seating requests, limited to 2 other attendees.

We will try to accommodate seating preferences for the lunch, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Confirmation

Your payment, RSVP and any stated preferences will be acknowledged in a return email.  This confirmation may take several days for banking transactions to post to the SWIC account.

Please note: It will be assumed that members who RSVP to attend the lunch will also be attending the AGM unless noted otherwise in their RSVP.

MEETING ONLY RSVP PROCEDURES:

Members are most welcome to attend the AGM only but we only ask that you make this very clear in your RSVP.

TRANSPORT:

Please note that The Kirribilli Club is in Lavender Bay.  It should not be confused with the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron in Kirribilli where past events have been hosted.

Public Transport

The Kirribilli Club is just a short stroll from Milson’s Point train station. Take the Alfred Street exit from Milsons Point train station, head north along Alfred Street and turn left at the roundabout which is Lavender Street. Make your way down the hill and turn left at Harbourview Crescent. The Kirribilli Club is situated on the left-hand side of 11 Harbourview Crescent, directly opposite ‘Wendy Whiteley’s Garden’.

Buses go to Lavender Street/Cliff Street and buses that stop on Alfred Street South are all within a five-minute walk of The Kirribilli Club.

Parking Facilities

The Kirribilli Club has 65 car spaces available, located on Basement Levels 1 and 2. The car spaces are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and cannot be reserved.

• Turn left just past the entrance to the Club (11 Harbourview Crescent), and you will see the car park sign.
• The car park is a ticket in and a ticket out system, so all you need to do is press the button on your way in and a ticket will be printed, and the boom gate will open.
• Keep your ticket with you, and please be sure to pay and have it validated at Reception before leaving the Club.
• Cost for temporary visitors is $12.00 per car per day.
