All SWIC Members are cordially invited to attend the SWIC AGM and Birthday High Tea at The Royal Sydney Gold Club, Rose Bay

When you RSVP please make clear whether you will be attending both the AGM and the Birthday Lunch or only one or the other.

AGM – THE ANNEXE  
Further information and relevant AGM documents will be circulated to you prior to the meeting.
Members will need to be seated no later than 10.45 for 11am. (Latecomers will not be admitted to the AGM).

The AGM will commence at 11am sharp and close at 12 noon.
Access to the AGM is not permitted by NSW regulation after the meeting commences at 11am.  
BIRTHDAY HIGH TEA – THE BAY ROOM 
Members will be seated.

High Tea will be served in the Bay Room and will include savoury and sweet delights, tea and coffee and a celebratory glass of sparkling wine.

TIME: AGM – 11am to 12 noon followed by HIGH TEA from 12 noon to 2pm

SWIC Attendees must present to Reception on arrival and provide Identification by way of a Drivers License or another recognised form of Identification.

DRESS CODE AND MOBILE PHONES
Members are requested to comply with the dress code, which includes No Blue Demin or sneakers. Flat laced shoes are acceptable.
Mobile phones must always be on silent. Special places are available in the Club to make urgent phone calls.

TRANSPORT: Buses 324 or 325 from city or ferry from Circular Quay
