This is exactly what we will be having when we go in May to the cosy and casual Eiju Fusion Japanese Dining\, located in Pyrmont. Kawara Soba is a regional dish from Japan invented by a chef in 1961 when he heard war stories of how soldiers cooked meats and wild herbs on hot tile roof.
