SUMMARY:Explore Sydney Walk – Tom Uren Trail\, East Balmain
DESCRIPTION:This is a 3km walking route which offers a scenic exploration of Balmain East. There are some uphills and stairs but taken leisurely it will combine harbourside parks and city views with historical insights. The trail commemorates Tom Uren’s dedication to public access to the Sydney Harbour foreshore. Strongly supportive of the heritage and conservation movement in Australia\, he worked to preserve the heritage of inner Sydney.
