SUMMARY:Taste of Migration – A Cultural Tasting Tour 
DESCRIPTION:Food can be a language shared between individuals and many different cultures.  For this monthly activity\, we will discover how waves of migration changed the way Australians eat. We will learn the unique food stories and indulge in delicious hearty dishes of Lebanese\, Vietnamese and Greek cuisine by visiting 7-8 exciting food spots in Bankstown. Through this short to medium walk (about 200m between sites) our guide will walk us through this cultural tasting journey\, where we will meet generous and friendly local business owners. We will listen to their fascinating stories and perhaps learn recipes that came from long journeys.  We will eat ample food equivalent to a generous full meal and more. Options for vegetarian and gluten free are available\, as is seating.
