SUMMARY:Explore Sydney Walk - Bundeena to Jibbon Beach Return
DESCRIPTION:Approximately 6-7 kms\, this walk starts from Bundeena Ferry Wharf and takes us along scenic coastal tracks and Jibbon Beach to the Aboriginal Rock Carvings.  From there we proceed to Jibbon Head\, at which point we will take in spectacular ocean views. We start our return journey from there through some bush tracks and streets of Bundeena. Good walking shoes are required\, as we will be walking on sand and along some cliff edges. \nDATE: Wednesday 12 June 2019 \nTIME: Approx. 11.00am – 12.45pm (later start time due to train journey from city to Bundeena) \nVENUE: Exact meeting place and time will be emailed to those who RSVP \nCOST: Lunch at own expense\, with venue to be decided (possibly Bundeena RSL Club) \nRSVP TO: swic.exploresydneywalk@gmail.com\, advising at the time of RSVP whether you will be staying for lunch \nRSVP BY: Saturday 8 June 2019 \nTRANSPORT: By train from the city to Cronulla. SUMMARY:Challenging Walk - Bundeena to Marley Beach
DESCRIPTION:April’s walk will be approximately 11km long and will consist of some street walking before heading into the Royal National Park. Inside the park we will traverse boardwalks\, flat paths\, rocky surfaces and be confronted with some steps.
