SUMMARY:Art and Culture - The National 4: Campbelltown Arts Centre
DESCRIPTION:This month we are travelling to the amazing Campbelltown Arts Centre to view The National 4 Exhibition and to explore this vibrant Arts Space. The National 4 is a biennial survey of contemporary Australian art being shown over four leading cultural institutions – Art Gallery of NSW\, Campbelltown Arts Centre\, MCA and Carriageworks. \nCampbelltown Arts Centre is a flagship cultural venue for Greater Sydney. It has gallery spaces\, workshops\, a performance studio and much more. \nThis event is an all- inclusive SWIC Art&Culture Day Out.  Our visit includes entry; tea and coffee station on arrival; one-hour guided tour of the National 4 Exhibition with an overview of the Arts Space; a catered two course Winter Lunch and time to wander through the Japanese Gardens and Sculpture Garden. \nMembers can make their own travel arrangements by car or choose to travel by train from Central Railway with our SWIC Group. \nNote: Full travel details will be given to those attending. \n DATE: Tuesday 20 June 2023 \nTIME:  10am – 4.30 pm (approximately) \nVENUE: Located on Dharawal land\, Campbelltown Arts Centre is proudly owned by the people of Campbelltown. \nAddress: 1 Art Gallery Rd\, Campbelltown NSW 2560. \n Phone: (02) 4645 4100 \nCOST: $50 – All inclusive: tea and coffee station on arrival; one -hour guided tour of the National 4 Exhibition with an overview of the Arts Space; a catered two course Winter Lunch and time to wander through the Japanese Gardens and Sculpture Garden and Gift Shop.
