The restaurant is located on Level 4 of the Australian Museum\, and boasts floor to ceiling glass doors opening up onto an outdoor terrace where diners can enjoy a drink\, a bite to eat and breathtaking 180-degree views across Hyde Park\, Sydney Harbour and Cathedral Square.  Featuring a fresh seasonal menu of contemporary Australian dishes designed by head chef Liz Mason (Nomad and Song Kitchen)\, No. 1 William uses Australian produce and features an enticing wine list. \nCheck out their set menu at  https://www.no1william.com.au/set-menu.
