SUMMARY:Short Walk – Goods Line to Watermans Cove\, Barangaroo
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the last short walk of this crazy year.  We will meet outside the TAFE Marcus Clarke Building entrance at Railway Square (Central Station) on George Street and continue to the Goods Line. The walk will follow the Sydney Harbour foreshore taking in the Chinese Gardens with its waterfalls and traditional features\, past King’s Wharf in the Darling Harbour Precinct\, to the newly opened Amphitheatre at Watermans Cove outside the Crown Casino in the Barangaroo Precinct. \nThere will be an opportunity for those who wish to continue to explore Barangaroo Reserve. \nThe walk is basically a flat 3km. \nDATE: Wednesday 18 November 2020 \nTIME: 10.30am – 12noon \nMEETING POINT: TAFE Marcus Clarke Building\, 817/827-837 George Street\, Haymarket NSW 2000 \nCOST: Coffee or brunch at own expense at a Café in either the Darling Harbour or Barangaroo Precincts \nRSVP TO: Anna Miller 0466 884 942 and Christine Powell 0439 840 944 OR at shortwalks.swicsydney@gmail.com \nRSVP BY: Monday 16 November 2020 \nTRANSPORT: There are many bus\, rail (Central Station) or ferry\, rail options (Barangaroo) available.
