DESCRIPTION:Please add you name to the waitlist if you would like to attend this currently full event. \nOur activity for March is a visit to the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute in Darlinghurst.  This includes a tour of the laboratories\, with a firsthand account of the cutting-edge research carried out by the Institute. There will also be a video presentation summarising personal stories of those living with heart disease. \nThe tour will take approximately one and a half hours. \nDATE: Thursday 22 March 2018                    \nTIME:  9.45am – 11.30am (NOTE: The tour starts at 10.00am but the Institute wants members to be there at 9.45am) \nVENUE: Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute\, Lowy Packer Building\, 405 Liverpool Street\, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 \nMEETING PLACE: Details will be sent to those who wish to participate \nCOST: $5.00 – morning tea is included \nRSVP TO: Beatrice de Lucey – bde11306@tpg.com.au or 0422 350 834 \nRSVP BY: 16 March 2018 \nTRANSPORT:  There is limited parking\, mostly 1 hour\, but the 389 bus runs from Elizabeth Street or the 311 from the Central stop nearby \n  \n
