SUMMARY:Garden Tours -Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a walk through Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden in November when the North Sydney Jacarandas are blooming. \nWe will meet outside Loulou’s Patisserie which is adjacent to the garden and collect some refreshment’s (own expense) then proceed to enjoy them beneath the giant Morton Bay Fig in front of the Whiteley home. \nAfter spending some time exploring the garden – how it developed and some of the plants in it – we will leave via the comic walk to Milson’s Point Ferry Wharf where one can take the ferry back to Circular Quay. SUMMARY:Short Walk - Wendy Whiteley's Secret Garden
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We will meet at Wharf F4 at Circular Quay at 10.15am (so bring your Opal card) to catch the 10.30am ferry to Jeffrey Street Wharf\, then we will walk along the waterfront past Luna Park to Wendy’s Secret Garden in Lavender Bay to spend some time enjoying the garden and views from there. There are steep steps up to the secret garden but there are railings\, and if you need one\, bring a walking stick/pole\, camera – also a raincoat/umbrella in case of rain. \nAfterwards we will then back the same way to Jeffrey Street Wharf to catch the ferry back to Circular Quay (Note: The Luna Park ferry is out of action). \nFor those who would like to have lunch/coffee\, we will then go to my favourite ‘Four Frogs Restaurant’ at 1 Macquarie Place\, Circular Quay which is in the Gateway Building.
