DESCRIPTION:Have you tried Chinese hotpot before? If not\, come and join us for this fun experience at YX Mini Hotpot in Eastwood in September. Hotpot comes with many different styles and names and is one of the most favourite ways to eat a meal among Asians. Each country or even a region in a country has a different version of hotpot. \nTraditionally\, the hotpot refers to a big pot of steaming soup heated by charcoal where everyone cooks the raw ingredients in the same pot of soup. But things have changed in the modern days. At YX\, each of us will have an individual induction with a pot of soup of your choice from the menu then we will cook the shared raw ingredients (meat\, fish\, veggies\, mushrooms\, tofu…) in your own pot of soup. There will be a station where we prepare our own dipping sauce. \nThere is an option to meet at 11:00am for a stroll in the Chinese side of Eastwood before the lunch to browse or buy Asian groceries\, pastries\, fruits and veggies.
