37.2 is updated to reflect current practice and is reworded as follows: ‘All internet banking transactions must be co-authorised by any two (2) members of the Executive Committee of the Association, or one (1) member of the Executive Committee and the Public Officer of the Association.

37.3 is added as follows: ‘Payments may also be made by debit card, and SWIC debit cards are to be held by the President and the Treasurer only. The daily authorisation limit on these cards is to be set, and reviewed as necessary, with the approval of the Committee.

All proposed uses of the debit card will be agreed in advance by at least two (2) members of the Executive Committee of the Association or one (1) member of the Executive Committee and the Public Officer of the Association. Payments made via the debit card will be reported to the Committee monthly.’
